Pizza oven, ample space for inside or outside chilling, pool table, clean toilets. A generator keeps the vibes going during loadshedding. Could not try any of the poppers, wings or ribs on the menu as it was not available. Pizza mozzarella had a very "ripe" flavour that was not pleasant. Burger was decent and well priced with pickles and a fresh bun. Not a place for a quick lunch or meeting as the barman is also the waiter and the general hand / manager. Only SAB "beer" options on tap (more like chemical soup - Not Cassa's fault). New deck area is like being in an oven during the day and could do with some more shade as the plastic corrugated roof sheets provide no relief from the African...

My partner and I had such a wonderful time on Saturday afternoon. A friend of ours invited us to come and listen to his band play. We were treated to a lengthy jam session that lasted well into the evening from not only our friend's band, but other groups as well. The drinks are very reasonably priced and they make the most amazing wood-fired pizza, from scratch! To the owner, Daniel, thank you so much for such a memorable day. Can’t rate the food cos we’re still waiting for it.

The crowd is cool, the music is loud AF but that’s the Friday night vibe. Waited ages to be served, longer for the drinks and maybe one day the pizza will arrive. I tried to order at the bar and got told to go back to my table.

Our waiter John is trying his hardest but he can’t do the whole place by himself. He’s an absolute champion.

Please hire more staff.

I want to give this place another chance because everyone else loves it. Bad luck I guess?
