NOISE: I wish I knew HOW BAD THE NOISE was here at these apartments - it can be in the week day or weekend , there will be illegal parties in the street close by the apartment or people love to park at this apartment is block - party in cars, there are airbnb parties all hours as well. Kids living in 2 houses at this road screaming, blowing vuvuzelas, all hours of day or night week or weekends - HARBOURING SECURITY: at the apartments do absolutely nothing to assist with noise. HARBOURVIEW PARKING At the apartments when there is loadshedding security will allow you to leave the locked parking parcade but should you be coming from work to loadshedding the security refuses to allow you back into the building - YOU MUST PARK & WAIT outside until loadshedding has ended - and only then can you bring your car in- they refuse to flip a manual switch and roll up the garage doors (even though I am a tenant - THE SMELL: on my floor the cigarette and Cannabis smell is so intense that the smell travels into my apartment. Horrible: The pictures advertised are not even close to the real thing. Most of the furniture displayed in the pictures was absent from the apartment. The washing machine was running when we arrived. Which made it seem like the apartment wasn't prepared for new comers. This is alarming considering the covid situation. The security just entered the apartment after only knocking once, even though the door was locked.

All the tennants I met in the block seemed very friendly. Security control at the door. Really stunning views of Table Mountain from some flats. Close proximity to the Biscuit Mill. Close proximity to the city but I recommend using Uber instead of walking at night to the...
