Delicious marinated crab that is a local favorite! My friend who lives nearby swears by it and brought me here on a random Saturday late afternoon (around 4.30pm IIRC) and it was surprisingly still packed with patrons! We almost got put on the waiting list but the boss lady managed to find us a seat. We got a set for 2 at ~₩40,000 and it was so worth it!!! Came with a large plate of the usual soy marinated crabs + 4 pieces of prawn and a smaller plate of the spicy one for a bit of a kick. Plus the usual rice and roe for you to mix into the crab shell like a true local!!! And of course, the crab was exceptionally fresh without a hint of fishiness and so so soft and umami!!! It really can’t get fresher than this.

This is place is the best restaurant that provides the best marinated crab in town! Even the michelin awarded marinated crab didn’t stand a chance when compared to this place. I’ve been a regulars here since they opened (when they’re still serving all you can eat ganjang gyejang) until their price gone up to 19,000 krw per person. But still it cost cheaper compare to those ganjang gyejang around. ^^ This is a must go place once a month when I lived in S. Korea, and a must visit place (at least twice) during my annual visit to S. Korea after I moved to another country. Worth a try!

■ 재방문 의사 1000 % 👍 지역카페에 여러차례 추천이 올라오는데도 '싼게 비지떡~' 이라는 생각과 역시 게장은 찐맛집을 가서 먹어야 제 맛이란 생각으로 그동안 외면해 오던 곳. 그러다 게장이 급먹고 싶기도 하고 먼거리 찾아서 갈만한 시간도 없어 찾은 곳이 바로 요기 ~! 평일 점심시간이 끝날 무렵인 오후 1시 넘어 갔는데 줄센 않았지만 좌석은 꽉 차 있었고 이후에도 식객들은 끊임이 없이 계속 들어왔다. 근데 왜 이제서야 왔을까 하는 후회가 생길 정도로 맛있고 가격도 비교적 저렴~. 이 정도 맛에 이 정도 가격이면 가성비 좋은 축에 든다~ 정식을 주문하면 양념게장과 간장게장(새우장 포함)을 주는데 둘 다 맛있다. 살도 많고 맛도 좋지만 특히 간이 쎄지 않아 좋다. 비린내는 물론 없다~ 게다가 비닐 손장갑과 개인당 가위를 주니 편리하고 위생적이어서 이도 맘에 든다. 계란찜도 꼭 주문하시길~ 지금껏 이만치 맛있는 계란찜을 못 먹어본거 같다. 다른 데에서 먹을땐 너무 짜거나 싱거웠고 또 물컹 거리고 물도 많아 남기기 일쑤 였는데 박박 긁어서 1 도 남기지 않고 다 먹어 버렸다. 강추~ 1000 % 재방문 의사 있음. ☆ 예약은 불가란다. ☆ 봉순게장은 TV 맛집에도 소개된 식당으로 1/21 은 포장만 가능하고 1/22~23 은 휴무, 1/24 부터는 정상영업한다. ☆ 브레이크타임 없고 휴무일 없다. ☆ 재료소진시 끄읏~ ☆ 이곳 본점 외에도 하우고개점(시흥점), 인천구월점, 물왕저수지점이 있다.

The atmosphere is the same as that of ordinary restaurants. There are so many people that you have to wait a little longer and the service is kind. And you can pack the leftover food and take it home. The taste was delicious and not fishy. And the side dishes were delicious. Sanitation is clean. The recommended menu is Bong soon marinated crab.The reason is that you can taste soy sauce marinated crab and spicy marinated...
