I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a meal at that spot - and their vegetarian bibimbap was absolutely delightful. Every bite was a perfect mix of fresh, vibrant ingredients, beautifully balanced with flavors and textures. The rice was perfectly cooked, the egg exactly as I like it - and the vegetables were crisp and colorful.
(Be aware that one little side dish contains fish - so if you‘re vegetarian just to let you know. 🐟 )
Nevertheless what truly elevated the experience, though, was the attention to detail. The Bibimbap was presented so beautifully (in a hot bowl) - and the care put into each element.
The ambiance of the restaurant itself added to the experience, welcoming - and designed and with a touch of elegance.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was to my liking. If you’re looking for a place with fresh, flavorful food and a warm atmosphere, this is the spot to try. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu sometime. Thanks...
Read moreOne of the nicest food from the family Seoul Busan trip. Clean, light, savoury and delicious. The price is reasonable as well.
The lady in the shop is very caring and the bimbibab in the hot stone is definitely a level better. Went for early dinner at about 5.30 pm and not much crowd yet with the exception of 2 other tables with locals.
Upon, leaving there are two other parties of tourists entering. Will definitely go back if in Busan again. Worth going and highly recommend. If you are a Mala person, the Sichuan Peper Bibimbab is likely to your palate. The pancake finished by dinner time, however still available for the Pork Pancake Bibimbab. The soup for the need stew is a good compliment to the meal. Though it it another set meal of its own.
Thank you for the Yakgwa for our youngest child. He was...
Read moreI've been traveling Korea for three weeks and am happy to share that this is my favorite bibimbap! The price under $10000 as of October 2024 is a steal. You get a delicious fresh meal that's better than the Michelin bin Gourmand bibimbap I've had. There's a vegetarian option but don't eat the kimchi, seaweed soup, or little briny salty flake thing served with it as there's fish or shrimp in all of those despite what staff reported - you can see tiny shrimp in the briny flake thing. The meat is fantastic. If you like spicy then add gochujang or order the Sichuan spice because it adds a ton of flavor. I'd return any time. Credit card is accepted but staff doesn't speak...
