During my trip to Busan, I hadn’t eaten breakfast and was keen to try the famous Korean sandwiches, known for their overflowing fillings. It was about a ten-minute walk from my hotel. While most nearby restaurants were empty, I was surprised to find this particular restaurant with a line stretching out the door—definitely a popular spot! Most of the people waiting were tourists, including many from Taiwan and some Westerners. We ordered a sandwich set with scrambled eggs that came with a glass of orange juice, and another sandwich with bacon and eggs. I have to say, these sandwiches were incredibly delicious! The scrambled eggs were so creamy, and the fillings were indeed overflowing, making it a delightful mess to eat. In Hong Kong, there are similar Korean sandwich shops, but they often just pile the ingredients on top, leaving little filling at the bottom, which feels quite misleading. However, the authentic Korean sandwiches I had in Busan did not disappoint; the fillings reached all the way to the bottom, and everything was very tasty. The price for the sandwiches was around HKD 30, which is reasonable given that similar sandwiches in Hong Kong can cost over HKD 80. Although we had to wait a while in line, I definitely think it was worth it, and I highly recommend trying this place if you’re in Busan!

Needs no introduction to this crazy breakfast sandwich! They open at 8am and we made it there at 8am, by 8.05am, the delivery guys were already in to collect the take always. By 8.15am, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan have gathered in this tiny shop to place their orders 🤣 They can seat about 8 - 10 pax in there max. If not, it’s mainly for take away services. Self order station and you get a queue ticket to wait for your order. It’s ok if you are late, my first time here, I sat along the road kerb with many other diners to enjoy the meal. That’s why this time round I decided to make it there by 8am. The sandwiches uses very fresh Ingredients, you have a wide range of choices even for those who do not eat eggs. At every order, you can change the by adding more cheese, Bacon, Avocado…… etc Bottom line, for SGD$5-6, it’s a really damn good Sandwich! Queue for it, eat it, enjoy it!

I didn't planned to eat this, just happened to walk past it and smelled something nice came out from it and walked in. I love eggs so this also naturally tempted me to want to order something to try, its just a small shop front with half kitchen and half dining area with just a few seats. I ordered Mr. Egg and a Green Tea Latte. The sandwich was prepared on the spot which took a bit of time and the latte was served quite fast. As I was there late and they were planning to close soon, the girl asked me if I wanted to take away and I told them I would finish the sandwich in 5 mins. I loved the way the scrambled egg was cook and the bread was made. Everything just complemented each other very well. It was so satisfying and the meal was so cheap to begin with. I think this is a place all egg fans shouldn't miss. So simple and so good.
