Gwangan Dazzi — Restaurant in Busan

I am honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews, so I wanted to share a more balanced perspective based on our visit. I came here with my mom, my aunt, and a local friend of my mom’s who was born and raised in Haeundae. This place was recommended to us by a lounge owner in the area.

The food was good — there’s a wide variety of seafood, and everything tasted pretty fresh. I appreciated being able to try a few new items I hadn't had before. Prices were also reasonable considering the location and seafood offerings. We were hoping to sit by the window with a view of the water, but it seems those seats need to be reserved in advance. Since we only booked the night before, we weren’t able to get them.

Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. It was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced in Korea. While we didn’t personally have an issue with the man at the front (who seemed like the owner), he was loudly yelling at a customer over the phone right next to the room we were seated in. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional — especially with other diners around trying to enjoy their meals. I understand some customers can be difficult, but there’s no excuse for speaking to anyone like that in front of others.

On top of that, our server accidentally spilled water all over my aunt’s arm and part of the table, then just walked away without even apologizing. Accidents happen, but the complete lack of acknowledgment was disappointing.

While the food was enjoyable, the service really brought down the experience. I wouldn’t return, nor would I recommend this place unless major improvements are made to how guests...

가족과 즐거운 모임을 위해 리뷰가 좋은 광안리 맛집을 찾던 중, 광안 다찌를 방문하게 되었습니다. 어른 4명과 12세 여자 아이, 총 5명으로 예약 문의를 드렸는데, 어른 1인당 5만원, 어린이 12세는 외국 어린이라 맛이강한 한국 음식이나 회를 전혀 먹지 못해도 스끼다시를 3만 3천원 추가해야 한다는 규정에 어쩔 수 없이 동의하고 당일 예약을 했습니다.

처음 접수할 때부터 사장님은 매우 불친절하고 상업적이었습니다. 예약 시간이 저녁 8시에 가까웠기 때문에 다른 식당 예약이 어려울거 같아, 당일예약은 식전에 다찌세트 5인 전액 지불(23만 3천원) 을 요청하셔서 모두 지불후 테이블이 준비되길 기다렸습니다. 사장님은 계속해서 일관되게 사무적이고 불친절한 태도를 보였습니다. 음식은 신선하지 않았고, 가짓수에 비해 기본적인, 성의 없는 밑반찬 정도였습니다.

12세 어린이가 3만 3천원 지불후, 다시 추가로 주문한 밥 (참고로 2000원 추가 지불) 외에 먹을 것이 전혀 마땅치 않아 설명을 드리고 혹시 주먹밥이나 김을 서비스로 주실수 있는지 정중하게 부탁드렸는데, 사장님은 다시 추가로 모두 주문해야하고 이런 부탁조차가 귀찮은 듯 규정을 알려주며 그 규정에 동의하고 예약하지 않았냐고 미리 알았으면서 왜 저희에게 예약하셨는지 반문하셨습니다. 저희는 사장님의 손님에 대한 작은 배려를 바랬지만 (주먹밥/ 김..) 너무나 예상치 못한 말씀에 맘이 상할수 밖에 없었습니다.

일인당 5만원의 가성비 없는 세트 메뉴, 해물 하나 없는 콩나물만 잔뜩 든 나가사키탕, 아주 작은 전복이 보일듯 말듯 들어간 밋밋한 전복죽 등 음식의 품질은 기대 이하였습니다. 관광지에서 흔히 접하는 불친절한 서비스여서 현지 맛집을 찾는다면 다른 곳으로 알아보는게 좋을듯합니다. 이전 리뷰들에 비해 매우 실망스러운 저녁 경험이었습니다.

예약필수! 이른저녁부터 손님 많아요. 저희는 식사 2시간짜리 작은 룸에 있었는데 여러사람들이 같이 식사하는 작은테이블들이 있는곳은 바다 뷰 였어요. 인당 45000원에 음식들이 한상 쫙차려지고 열심히 맛있게 먹고있음 또 음식들이 들어오는데.. 살아있는 싱싱한 생새우 회(팔딱 뛰어서 깜짝 놀람..) 전복찜.가리비.문어숙회.낙지탕탕이.새우찜.게불.멍게.간장게장.회...등등 다 싱싱하고 맛있었어요.이곳은 마지막에 밥과 매운탕이 나오지않고 홍합탕과 전복죽으로 마무리하는데 더 좋았고 맛있었어요. 이곳은 다른 음식점들과 달리 리필하기가 쫌.. 부침개와 전복죽을 하나더 부탁했었는데 주방에 물어보고 가능하면 주시겠다고 하더라구요. 그리고 사장님이신지 아닌지 모르겠지만 음식 차려주시면서 얘기해주시는 나이드신분께서 다 반말로 말씀하시던데 컨셉이신지.... @ㅡ@ ;; 아무튼 완전...
