Kimseuimsilchijeussal pizza — Restaurant in Busan

A nice local pizza shop that is run by a nice man and there are pictures of him in the store with some other pizza makers. My Korean speaking skills wasn't good enough to find out about himself and his shop.

We ordered a cheese crust combination pizza with a side of fried chicken wings. From what I could figure out is that the base is made with rice and the cheese is made in Korea which I like knowing that the produce is made domestically.

The pizza base was nice and doughy with a chewey texture which I imagine is from the rice and the crust was filled with plenty of cheese which was very enjoyable. The cheese was very nice tasting and had a nice smell that wasn't overpowering and the ingredients were nice with plenty of pepperoni, ham, beef and green peppers.

Highly recommend when travelling to Busan to visit this place! It was an amazing experience to eat at this restaurant as the owner/chef is a lovely man who is dedicated to his craft. I am from Australia and I can easily say that this place is the BEST PIZZA I have ever tried. I was hesitant at first to eat Pizza as surely when coming to Korea you want to eat “authentic Korean food” however, I’d say this was the highlight of my trip. Went here in April with a few gals who lives in the area and stated this place had the best pizza. I agree! the pizza was so perfect. He handmakes them there, uses good quality ingrediants and the food just melted when you bite into it.
