delicious but not amazingly delicious 🤣 -

We came here at noon on Wed. And there were already two groups ahead of us. Without a Korean SIM card or phone number, you can't actually put your info in the wait-list You'd ask the waiters inside and one of them will help you by inputting their restaurant phone number in.

We got our table after a 15-20 minute wait. When we sat down, all the side dishes were already there. As a pork only store, there are only two pork meat to choose from: pork belly and pork neck. You must order three portions (each portion is tiny), so we got 2 pork neck and one pork belly.

For lunch, they also give you free hot stone pot rice and miso stew for free. It's enough food for two if you order 3 portions, but it's definitely not enough for 3 people or more.

The pork were delicious, but they aren't amazing. The waiters/waitress help you grilling the meat, but they might be too busy and forget to check on them.. then it'd get burnt. I'd recommend checking from time to time. There is a piece of round thing on the grill and I had no clue what it's for. Turned out you can put it on the grill and set the meat on top to keep them warm (so it won't get burnt).

Overall it's a good restaurant and super popular, I'd recommend coming earlier to avoid the crowd.

Ps. The pepper is hot, eat them...

We went there but we had a terrible experience. My friend can speak Korean language so she helped us order dishes, when she was ordering, she even pointed the menu that the dishes we wanted and we all saw it. Everything was okay till the waiter came with the dishes we didn't order. They came to us twice to check the truth, BUT WE DIDN'T ORDER THOSE, and we were all confused. We always asked them with nice attitude when we need service, but after they came twice later for checking the orders , A Female Waiter came for us to add some vegetables, WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. What? we owe her money? or we just denied the dishes were ours? Why would we do that? We are foreigners so we may go there only once in our life, but this kind of experience? YES, it was the ONLY ONCE.

Easily one of the best grilled pork restaurants in Busan. But if you have no reservations, be prepared to queue. Now they have two dining halls in the same location, within a one minute walk of each other, so the queue moves pretty fast.

We ordered one serving of pork neck meat and two servings of pork belly. Plus drinks (beer, soju and makgeolli). Total damage amounted to 69000 won! A steal considering the location, food and service.

A very handsome oppa was there to grill the meat for us. What makes this place special is they will add Saeu Jeot (fermented krill or small shrimps like cincalok) the grill and fry until crispy. Add a little to the grilled pork and wrap with lettuce. Heavenly!
