Review launguage: 🇰🇷🇯🇵 부산롯데호텔 43층 한식레스토랑 "무궁화" 분들께 올립니다. 저는 일본에 살고 있습니다. 아빠가 생신이라 예약을 하게 되었습니다. 예약할 때 전화받으신 분이 남자분이셨는데, 아..성함을 모르겠습니다.ㅠㅠㅠ 케이크랑 지불법이랑 진짜 빠르게 확인 해 주시고, 할인 받는 앱까지 알려주셨습니다.. 저는 나온지 18년이 되어서 전혀 몰랐는데 꿀팁까지 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 제가 말을 꺼내기도 전에 제일 야경뷰가 이쁜 자리로 잡아주시고, 케잌도 저 대신 직접 골라주시고, 생신이라고만 했는데 축하해드리러 못 가는 것은 어떻게 아시고 ㅠㅠ 레스토랑분들께서 생일 노래까지 불러주셨다고 해서 정말 너무너무 진짜 너무 마음이 뭉클하고 정말 감사드립니다...<m m> 엄마랑 아빠랑 음식도 뷰도 너무 좋은데 서비스까지 최고였다고 방금 카톡이 왔습니다...ㅠ 정말 마음으로 저의 부모님을 맞아주시고 신경 써 주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 가겠습니다.^^ 그리고 부산 롯데 호텔 무궁화 레스토랑 관계자분들, 진짜 번창하시고 행복한 일만 있으시길 바래요.♡♡♡ 日本語: 私は日本に住んでいて行けなくて、パパの誕生日で予約しました。釜山、韓国料理というキーワードで、ネイバーブログを数時間検索して見つけました。料理もおいしく、ビューもキレイとのことで、韓国では結婚挨拶でもよく使われるようです。予約の電話をとって下さった男性の方より、割引が効くアプリの案内、ケーキの選びから予約、お席も一番夜景が綺麗なところにして下さいました。 (パパに内緒だったので)ママに事前連絡はもちろん、当日は誕生日祝いの歌までサプライズでして下さいました。😭 ママから、”ご飯も夜景も充分ステキだったのに、サービスまでこれまで受けたことのない最高のレベルだった！”というメッセージが送られて来ました。娘たちもいない誕生日に、歌まで送って下さったレストランの方々に大感謝しております。🙏🏻 誠にありがとうございます。もし釜山にビジネスや仕事で行かれることがございましたら、自信を持っておすすめできるレストランです。❤︎❤︎
