나는 국밥을 좋아라 한다. 하얗다 vs 투명하다 국밥을 떠올리면 생각나는 생각 두 가지다.

특이하게 이 집은 투명하다+거멓다이다. 뭔지는 모르겠으나 이 집의 국물은 맑고 약간 탁한 건더기가 이리저리 돌아다니며 붉은 다데기가 중앙에 턱하니 있는 "낯선" 풍경을 제시한다. 누군가에게는 거부감으로 느낄 수도 있겠다.

추천은 다데기 없이 한 숟갈 꼭 먹어볼 것. 순수한 맛이 난다. "이게 뭐야" 생각보다 심심할 수 있으나 돼지국밥의 국물 맛이구나 싶은 맛이다. 개인적으로 다데기는 다른 곳과 큰 차별성은 없다.

고기는 탄력이 살아있다. 탱탱하다. 꼬들꼬들하다. 고기를 씹을 때 적당히 단단하고 결이 국밥 안에서도 살아있다. 그리고 언제 가도 비슷한 비율의 고기를 준다. 너무 살코기만 너무 기름만 주는 경우가 없다. 참 매력적.(개인적인 생각으로는 부위는 앞다리 뒷다리 쓰는 것 같다)

가격은 7000원. 실제로 국밥 원조 지역의 프랜차이즈아니면서 이름빌리는 곳이나 연예인 광고를 들먹이는 곳이나 가격은 이곳보다 비싸다. 맛 차이는 개인적으로 이곳이 더 낫다고 생각한다.
