釜山鎮駅から徒歩５分くらいにある ミルミョンのお店 ミルミョンとは釜山名物の 小麦を使った料理です。 ▫️ムルミルニョン( 비빔밀면） 7000ウォン キムチの入った辛いミルミョンもあって 美味しいそうだけど まずは定番の普通のミルミョンを頼みました😋 お店のお兄さんが日本語で対応してくれて とてもフレンドリー🥰 最初に調味料を使ってない 出汁のスープを出してもらえます。 この出汁がやかんで出てきて、熱くて美味しい🥰 ミルミョンもすぐ提供されて スープに氷が入ってて 冷たいラーメンのよう。 一緒に出てくるハサミで 麺を切って食べるそうですが 私はそのまま食べました😋 あっさりしてて美味しかったです🥰 オープン時間の少し前に行ったのですが 中に入れてくれて 後からお客さんもぼちぼち来ていたので お昼時はとても賑わうと思います。 ごちそうさまでした☺️

밀면의 육수는 기본적으로 조미가 강해서 약간 달고 신 편에 한방향이 조금 있는 편입니다. 양념장까지 풀었더니 아릴 정도까진 아녔지만 짜다고 느껴졌는데 이 맛 저 맛이 어우러지지 못하고 겉도는게 중구난방 같았습니다. 근데 이 곳의 만두는 속도 알차고 맛도 훌륭해서 여기가 밀면집인지 만두 전문점인지 앞뒤가 바뀐 것 같은 느낌이 들어 아리송했네요.

한방육수맛이 있지만 아주 깊진 않습니다. 대신 새콤달콤한 맛으로 좀 대중적인 거부감없는 육수였습니다. 면은 중면정도의 굵기입니다. 개인적으로는 육수는 깊고 면은 얇은걸 좋아해서 만점별은 아니지만 그래도 누구나 거부감 없이 맛있게 먹을 수 있을 것 같아서 만점별입니다.^^
