The nicely portion pasta is cooked to authentic Italian style al dente with the sauce nicely prepared and not too salty at all. We had one tomato based and the other alio olio. The burata cheese insalad with small tomatoes together with very refreshing light lime refreshing dressing was also well prepared. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Every dish is made from scratch with many of the herbs being grown in the chef's own garden! The flavors are complex, rich, and well balanced. I've never been disappointed and often bring friends or business acquaintances here for a fantastic meal.
