The little restaurant is often busy so you may have to expect to wait a little, but it's worth it! You register with your phone number on a tablet at the door and then get a message when your table is available. If you, (like us), don't have a korean cellphone number, no problem, follow the instructions shown at the door and/or just let the employees know and they'll be happy to help you. This place is amazing. I’m only sad that we discovered it on our very last day in Busan. The owner is a classically trained chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and the quality of the food represents that. The croissant was baked in house the same morning.
