다이닝 조개 — Restaurant in Gangneung-si

세인트존스호텔에 가실거라면 조개구이는 패스하시라고 말씀드리고 싶네요. 조개구이는 가리비, 키조개, 백합이 나옵니다. 키조개와 백합은 괜찮았으나 가리비 선도가 떨어지는게 몇개 있었습니다. 냄새가 굉장히 심했어요. 세팅할때 확인 안하나 싶더라구요. 매일 다루는 사람이라면 그 정도면 금방 알텐데 좀 아쉽더라구요. 주문할 때마다 벨을 두번씩 눌렀습니다. 빠른 응대가 안되더라구요. 한국인으로 보이는 사장인지 직원분인지 귀찮음에 쩔어 대충 응대해 주시고 외국인 여성직원 분은 많이 서툴게 응대해 답답하더라구요. 조개구이 세팅을 보면 조개들 위에 치즈를 뿌려서 예쁘게 세팅을 해주셨는데 아래 김발은 곰팡이가 피었는지 군데군데 까맣게 변한 세척도 안되어 보이는 것을 왜 쓰는지 이해가 안가더라구요. 역시 블로그 작업이 잘된 곳이구나를 느낄 수 있었습니다.

If you go to St. John's Hotel, I would advise you to skip the grilled clams. The grilled clams come with scallops, razor clams, and lilies. The razor clams and lilies were okay, but there were a few scallops that were not fresh enough. The smell was really bad. I wondered if they didn't check when they set it up. If you're someone who handles it every day, you'd know right away, but it was a bit disappointing. I rang the bell twice every time I ordered. They didn't respond quickly. The owner or staff, who seemed to be Korean, were annoyed and just gave me a rough answer, and the foreign female staff member was very clumsy, which was frustrating. Looking at the grilled clams, they sprinkled cheese on top of the clams and set them up nicely, but I couldn't understand why they used the seaweed that looked moldy and black in some places and didn't look like it had been washed. I could feel that this was a place where blogging...

Very nice self grill seafood dinner. I especially like their abalone and shrimp. The abalone is tasty and the shrimp head paste was exceptionally great! Recommend you to try this local seafood cuisine.

Btw, their English speaking staff is nice who gave us some good food choice. Wish you could meet...

After strolling around Gangneung, I had dinner here. It was.......reaaaaallllyyy greattttt. I had 모듬조개구이 (Modeum Jogae Gui) and it was so delicious. Really...
