사장님이 올리셔도 상관없다 라고 하셔서 올리겠습니다 4인 가족으로 갈치조림 3~4인분, 생선 1인분으로 주문하여 먹었습니다 다른 재료들은 문제가 없었으나 처음에나온 백합 조개 4개 중 3개가 입을 열지 않아 종업원분께 말씀드리니 해감이 덜 됐거나 상하면 열리지 않을 수 있다고 하여 3개가 입을 열지 않았지만 무려 4개를 더 갖다 주셨습니다 하지만 새로 갖다주신 4개도 입을 열지 않아 카운터보시는 남자 사장님께 말씀드리자 처음에는 아직 덜 뜨거워서 열리지 않는거다 하시면서 뜨거운 조개를 맨손으로 만지시더니 원래 조개가 입을 열지 않을 수 있다 힘으로 열어 먹으면 된다라고 하셔서 하나를 열어 봤는데 사진과 같이 늘러붙고 먹지 못하는 상태였습니다 다른 사진은 깔끔하게 띄어진 조개입니다
