이집은 삼십년 넘게 드나들었다. 세월의 흐름에 따라 업장이 번창해야 하는데 이집은 예전 모습 그대로이고 맛은 주방패권자의 손맛에 따라 몇번은 바뀌는 것 같다. 삼십여년전 먹거리가 그닥 신통치 않을때는 천상의 맛이었고 2층 다다미가 깔린 넓고 바다뷰가 보이는 쪽을 선호했는데 요즘은 주방에서 가장 가까운 쪽방을 선호하게 된다. 냉면면발은 찰지고 쫀득하니 다른집 보다 세월의 관록 때문인지 더 우세한것 같다. 비빔냉면의 양념도 쎄지 않은 편이며 안내문구 권고사항 대로 따라하면 준수한 맛의 세계를 경험할수 있다. 요란한 SNS 쓰나미에 휩쓸리지 않고 굳세게 마이웨이를 가고 있다는 점에 별한개 더 준다. 주차장은 오십여미터 떨어진 무료 주차구역이 있어서 자차운전하여 접근하기 좋다. 특히 냉면에 들어가는 가오리맛도 새콤하니 씹는 맛도 있다. 이런저런 정체불명 소고기 보다는 담백하고 좋은것 같다.

진짜 이북식 함흥냉면 이곳에서 먹어보면 알 수 있음 주차는 좀 어렵습니다. 주변에 공영주차장 이용하시고 꼭 물냉 비냉 둘다 시켜드세요. 양념이랑 국물맛도 깔끔하고, 면발이 수분을 적당이 머금어서 좋습니다.

진짜 이북식 함흥냉면 이곳에서 먹어보면 알 수 있음 주차는 좀 어렵습니다. 주변에 공영주차장 이용하시고 꼭 물냉 비냉 둘다 시켜드세요. 양념이랑 국물맛도 깔끔하고, 면발이 수분을 적당이 머금어서 좋습니다.
