계단라멘 일산본점 — Restaurant in Goyang-si

(English review included) 어느날 태풍이 일산에 가장 근접햇던 어느날 투명우산이 반쯤 부서져가면서 찾아온 라멘집입니다 주변 라멘집이 생각보다 없어 이곳으로 왔습니다

체온과 발열채크를 마치고 라멘과 다마고밥을 시켯습니다 가계는 시원하엿고 벽에 붙어있는 식탁들은 생각보다 낮았습니다 반쯤 오픈된 주방등 인테리어는 마음에 들엇습니다

일본풍 음악,시티팝등이 흘러나오고 있엇습니다

돈코츠라멘과 다마고밥을 시켯습니다 면은 단단하게 시켯는데 이유는 후에 서술하겠습니다

다마고밥이 나온후 라멘이 나왓습니다

먹기좋은 순서대로 고기가 재일 가깝게 하여 식탁에 놔주셧습니다

다만 숙주나물이 아래 숨어있어 발견못했엇습니다

계란은 크게 하나가 들어있습니다 사진을 하나 찍고 먹기 시작

우선 국물을 한입 길게우렷다는 국물의 맛이 좋았습니다

국물을 다마고밥에 부어 한입 딱히 간을 안한 다마고밥에 국물이 스며드며 맛있어집니다

그후 면을 한입 먹습니다 나쁘지 않은 면의 맛 단단하게 내오는 면의 탄탄함이 느껴졋습니다

요즘 사람들은 밥먹으면서 핸드폰을 보기도 하죠

모든 재료들을 맛있게 먹으면서 핸드폰을 보다보면

단단한 면이 조금씩 풀어지면서 먹기좋게 변해갑니다

한점한점 재료를 먹거나 숟가락에 모든재료를 섞어먹는것도 맛있습니다

맛있게 먹다보니 위의 재료가 거의 없고 면과 국물만 남앗습니다

저는 고기한점을 남겨두엇습니다 (마지막을 장식하기 위하여..)

앞에있는 매운소스를 한두스푼 넣고 섞으면 매콤한 카라이라맨으로 바뀝니다

반쯤남은 상태에서 한스푼은 조금맵고 두스푼은 적당히 매웟습니다

중간중간 다마고밥도 먹다보면 어느순간 국물한점 안남기고 먹게됩니다

맛있게 먹은후 바로앞 정발산을 올라 정상에서 보는 뷰가 나쁘지 않습니다

정발산 가볍게 오르실 예정이라면 한번쯤 가보시는게 어떨까요 고양의 아름다운 모습을 한번에 보실수 있습니다

When the typoon was hitting goyang i visited this place My umbrella was falling apart because of the strong winds There was no ramen place near my house so i decided to visit this place

After checking body temperture and write down my information i could enter to this place

I ordered ramen and damago rice(da ma go bap) You can chose the noodles to hard or soft I prefer hard one ill explane later

Interior was nice air conditioning worked great Tables are bit lower the i thought compare to other ramen places but it was fine Oh and Japanese theme musics are playing at background

After few minutes the ramen and damagobap was here

The meat was on my side to make it easier to pick up nice details here

First i taste the broth It was nice and not too salty

And pour it bit to damagobap with spoon It makes it warm and tasty

Taste the noodle its bit hard but as time goes it gets softened like waing your phone or talking to others or tasteing damagobap

You can taste all the ingredients at onece using spoon-showing at second photo-

Dont worry about eating all the ingredients on top but noodles are still there

You can add the spicey sause to make it hot

You can really enjoy the taste of this ramen

After done with my ramen i went to Jeongbalsan A small mountain you can see infront of the shop It's really nice opportunity to get up there and see the beautifull...

They have only two main menu, which is 계단라멘 and 모츠라멘. Both are basically same but 모츠라멘 have 막창튀김! Its so good i recommend you 모츠라멘. They have two rice menu as a side. 차슈덮밥 and 다마고덮밥. 차슈덮밥 serves with 차슈(Japanese style pork) 다마고 serves with 다마고(half boiled egg). Plz try! You can taste sweet and little salty.
