최악의 꿔바로우였습니다. 양심없는 수준이었어요. 아무리 마라탕집이 그낭 유행하니까 차리게 된 이주민분들이많다지만 진짜 꿔바로우 한번도 안먹어본 사람이 만든 꿔바로우 그 자체였습니다. 찹쌀이 그냥 튀김옷이 아니라 거의 떡처럼 뭉쳤고 그 사이에 식감도 거의 없는 얇은 고기.. 돼지고기 튀김이 아니라 그냥 찹쌀반죽튀겨서 소스뿌려 파는거랑 똑같음. 최악의 식감이었습니다. 어떻게 튀김반죽이 재료보다 더 크고 두껍나요. 고기 얇은것도 솔직히 중식 잘 모르는 어린 사람들 등치는거같은 느낌이었는데 반죽 진짜 최악입니다. 마라탕 원재료랑 고기등등 솔직히 마진 진짜 엄청 많이 남기는 구조인거 알아요. 중국에서 거주했던 사람으로서 그 재료들 다 얼마나얼마나 싼 건지 저렴한 음식의 대표인지 알아요.한국에서 엄청 뻥튀기해서 파는거 다알아요. 그래도 외국요리니까 외국에서는 비싸게 판다해도.. 최소한 모르는 사람들...
