송도에 미역국집이 많았는데 최근 다시 확인해보니 사라진 것 같다. 제주뚝배기 집을 찾아서 방문했다. 성게향이 가득하지는 않고 가자미등에서 나오는 뼈국물의 진한 맛이 나지 않는 단백한 맛이다. 재방문 한번 더 생각나게 된다. 반찬은 무난하지만 깔끔하지 않다. 주인도 오래된 관습에 갖혀있는 서비스인 것 같다. 기대했던 맛과 서비스에 미치지 못한다.

수저가 인원에 맞게 깨끗하게 제공되어 좋습니다. 의자테이블과 좌식테이블이 존재합니다. 성게미역국을 먹었는데 깔끔하니 맛있습니다. 밥은 솥에서 덜고 남은 밥에 물을 부어 누룽지로 먹는 방식입니다. 반찬을 식당에서 직접 만드시는데 깍두기가 싱싱해서 좋았습니다.

Had a lovely experience here. The owner is very friendly and the food is top notch. All the ingredients are fresh and each dish is lovingly crafted. The rice is made in stone pots so you get a fresh bowl of rice every time along with the crispy rice on the bottom which is a known Korean favorite. Legitimate Jeju food found in Incheon.
