커피앳웍스 T1키오스크점 — Restaurant in Incheon

The Kenya handdrip by the male barista with the glasses was very nice. Smooth mouthfeel even after it cooled down. One thing that bothered me was that he didn't talk to me in English at first even though I said Sorry when I couldn't understand what he was saying to me in Korean. Sorry I don't speak Korean yet... Anyway he said there is a 15 minute wait although I was the only customer there at around 20:20 on 2025/10/23 I wasn't rushing so I said I would wait. The hand drip came out in 5 minutes as expected. Did he lie so I would give up ordering a hand drip? lol I don't mind waiting for a good cup of coffee.

I'm leaving a 3-star review for Coffee@Works, a coffee shop located at Incheon Airport Terminal 1.

I've found myself frequently using Incheon Airport lately, often requiring a caffeine boost before departing. The only coffee spot that immediately catches my eye is Coffee@Works. After placing my coffee order at the kiosk, I noticed that there was quite a crowd of people waiting to receive their drinks. I approached the counter to take a closer look and found that the barista was either inexperienced or putting an excessive amount of effort into each coffee because the wait time was much longer than expected.

After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, I finally received my coffee. The taste of the coffee itself was surprisingly good, considering the circumstances. However, I couldn't help but notice that the three staff members appeared somewhat inexperienced or overwhelmed. Some customers seemed a bit impatient due to their flight schedules, urging for their coffee and ordered pastries.
