I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at the poor treatment of elderly customers at your Starbucks store located in Korea airport on Dec 29th 2024
According to the incident reported to me, your barista refused to provide hot water to elderly customers who needs to take their medication , which I find extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. As a global brand, I expect Starbucks to uphold high standards of customer service, especially towards vulnerable groups such as the elderly.
I request that you take immediate action to address this incident, provide appropriate training to your staff, and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
