Krispy Kreme Doughnuts — Restaurant in Incheon

Not sure is it the correct location. This outlet located right next to Gate 40 sign, directly opposite Gate 32. Bought 2 cups of grapefruit blacktea and 2 donuts. One of the grapefruit blacktea tea bag torn inside the cup right after we gonna take our first sip. The whole cup of tea is bitter and we reach out for the staff trying to ask them to help filter out the tea but what we got in return is bad attitude rejecting us. I mean I literally throw my money away as the cup of blacktea we totally did not drink. We just throw away! I think you guys need to buck up especially you are working in the airport, providing bad services...

The worst glazed donuts ever had. They gave us a dozen (2x6) in the same terrible condition. All melted glaze on donuts. Tried to eat some and decided to tell them to change a half dozen as it was in a different box within 5 minutes after we paid. The lady staff said they don’t exchange donuts after they sell. They should never sell donuts in that condition. It’s a shame that the world class airport can only serve like this. Totally...

The lady at the counter is terribly rude. I had asked for a take away coffee and doughnut as I drink my coffee slowly. When I sat down at a table to eat my doughnut she said I either need to throw my coffee into a glass cup or leave.
