Coffee@Works — Restaurant in Incheon

Was trying to order 2 coffee and a piece of cake, the woman behind counter took my order then upon payment she suddenly became irritated and very upset because i was struggling in making the correct amount as i am a foreigner whos not familiar with the currency. She talked in very bad attitude tone with those angry eyes. My friend and i could definitely feel the bad attitude as she was actually scolding us in a way, so i confronted her and wanted to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager and said she was not mad and asked me no worry but in very upset tone! I reasoned that i was foreigner and this shop is in international airpirt (so she shouldnt be treating customer like this) then she unwillingly apologized with her eyes rolled. Food is basic but ok. You can warm the food only if you ask ... Place is clean and enough space for customers.

Only COW MILK. I do not mind but my wife does so in 2023 it could be nice to offer soya or oat milk or vegan options.

Service is really non respectful/mean.... non smiling ...

I understand we don't speak the language, but there is no need to be rude.... Also we asked an extra cup to transfer and cool down tea because tea is too hot for our daughter ... replying very arrongantly that they can't provide. Finally after arguing we understood that it is to avoid waist then we saw a GLASS so we could use ... we remain calm and polite on our side but try to smile for once ... maybe an an internship at...

I'm only giving it one star because I enjoyed the food but the staff is dry, rude, and VERY unfriendly. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and had been traveling for 12+ hours and was looking for something to eat. They were unhelpful I was confused and they made it priority to point out when I was standing "the wrong way" when previously I had just ordered a sandwich from the same spot about 10 minutes prior. Customer service goes a long way and it was a bummer that my first impressions landing in South Korea were negatively affected by the lack of human kindness. I'll admit again, The food is good, but be prepared to have an unkind and unhelpful meeting.
