Food is fine, cost is good for a quick fix. I wanted Korean fried chicken, it's pretty alright. Service is bad- it's not at all clear where/how to order or pick up food. I patiently waited for my buzzer to go off but when I brought it to the counter she said "not here, not here" over and over. I could see my food. I walked around the food court looking for it maybe somewhere else and asking for help. Went back to the original counter and she gave me the same food that had been sitting there. Asked for a diet Coke and she said "you ordered a regular, do you want to change??" (they didn't ask when I ordered). Weirdly uncomfy. I don't get it but hey, I'm eating fried chicken now, so it can't be that bad!

Female service staff grab me on my shoulder aggressively and asking me to clear the table. when I just stood up and get ready to leave. Thinking I will run when table are not cleared. VERY VERY RUDE. 真丢韩国人的脸！
