The Cinder Bar — Restaurant in Incheon

Being my first extended layover in Korea, it was heavily recommended to me by several crew members that I make a visit to the Cinder Bar. Well, I wasn’t disappointed that I did! Mike (I think that’s his name... I hope I remembered it right!) and the rest of the staff made a weary freight dog mechanic feel right at home! The fish and chips are excellent, and I highly recommend a butterscotch shot! I can see why my flight crew recommended the place, as the other patrons at the time I was in there were also fellow freight dogs.

Next time I’m in Incheon, I will definitely be stopping back by...

Great mood, amazing and super friendly service! The staff really go out of their way go make you feel welcome and take good care of you. It was my first time going but it felt like people there were regulars and it felt like a family. Without a doubt a completely different vibe than in a korean bar.

Their cocktails are delicious (I tried the Cosmopolitan and the Hurricane) and I recommend trying their Cinder sauce with any of the food.

In July 2023, Me and my fiancé found a special bar near Incheon Airport. The food was amazing - especially the chicken wings and fish fry, and the beer was cold and refreshing. But what made this place unforgettable was Warren the person who runs the bar. His unparalleled service and kind gesture makes this spot unforgettable. He makes you feel welcome and happy, even if you're really tired. Warren, his team and his bar are simply the best. If you're ever near the airport and want a great time, this is the place to go.
