The food was exceptional with equally amazing service. The menu consists of specialised dumpling, dumpling soup/hotpot and noodles made on site. The owner brought out an English menu, and an explanation note to help us cook and eat the hotpot. The dumpling was soft and light, quite different to the ones we are used to in other parts of Asia. The soup was covered in melting in your mouth beef roast and mushroom. The food was generally mild, suitable for kids, but matched with tasty side dishes and sauces for adults that were all home made. 너무 화나서 생애 처음으로 비평을 남겨봅니다. 리뷰나 블로그를 통해 받은 인상은 음식의 달인이 돈욕심 없이 제주도에서 취미 삼아 장사를 하는 것 같은 느낌을 받았습니다. 하지만 먹어보니 단골로 먹고 사는 가게가 아닌 관광객 상대로 한탕씩 장사하는 느낌이더군요 제가 느낀 점을 하나씩 말해보겠습니다.

국물이 저희 어머니가 해주신 맛이 납니다. 저희 어머니께선 다시다를 많이 쓰시거든요.

만두의 식감, 향은 좋으나 간이 전혀 되어 있지 않습니다. 비비고 수제고기 만두를 사서 드셔보십시오. 향, 질감은 거의 같으나 거기서 간을 완전히 뺀 맛입니다.

인당 18000원인데 만두가 인당 3개입니다?

4.수육을 25000원치 추가 시켰는데도 고기가 그리 많지도 않더군요. 친구 놈은 냄비에 이미 추가되어 있는 줄도 모르고 수육은 언제 나오는지 물어봤습니다. 이미 냄비에 추가되어서 나왔다니까 양이 이 정도인데 그게 말이 되냐며 놀라더군요.

서비스가 안 좋습니다. 면을 달라고 했는데 너무 늦게 주시더군요. 국물이 거의 다 졸아가는데도 면이 안 나오길래 원래 볶음면을 만들어 주는가 했습니다.

면을 손으로 늘려 뽑은 게 아닙니다. 제면기로 뽑은 면입니다.(손으로 뽑는다는 말은 없긴 했군요)

제가 사는 집 근처에 있었더라도 절대 두 번은 가지 않을 집입니다. 제주에서만 맛볼 수 있는 그런 맛집들도 많았지만,...

It is a restaurant where you can eat delicious Korean dumpling dishes. Dumpling Pot is a dish in which beef is cooked, dipped in sauce, and dumplings and noodles are eaten. The soup is very delicious because it's not spicy and it's light. The stew cooked at the table helps the staff cook in due course. It's worth visiting if you like dumplings.
