해광식당 — Restaurant in Jeju

Friendly staff, no English speaking. My Korean wife ordered the "famous" noodle/seaweed/abalone soup for us. To be honest, there was no flavor except the noodles. I was very disappointed. Since it's abalone soup, you would expect a taste of clams/abalone. Nope. We added sesame powder, minced peppers and salt to give it some flavor. A word of warning to the squeamish. They put live abalone into the scalding hot soup and you get to watch it shiver and die before you eat it. My wife said...

이번여행 최악 식당. 특히 15000원짜리 성게 비빔밥에 성게는 성게알초밥에 성게보다 양이 적다. 성게 상태도 오래됬는지 형태도 유지못할정도.. 기름 밥 김이 전부인데 기름 김맛밖에 안날정도..(사진참고) 딱 1000원짜리 주먹밥수준도 안된다. 보말칼국수에 보말양도 최악 2인분기준 보말이 10개도 안들어있다. 들깨를 넣으라는데 그 말이 정답인게 들깨를 넣으니 그나마 들깨맛으로먹는거지 해물맛은 전혀 안난다.. 관광지임을 감안해도 너무 심하다.. 나만 그런가 싶지만 같이 간사람것도 똑같음.. 여기 사진들보면 잘나온거보니 처음부터 사진찍는 시늉이나 리뷰어 티내면 차별화되서 나오는걸지도 모른다는 생각이 듬.. 개인적으로 딱 군대 신교대...
