Chef is local to Jeju and holds a lot of certificates of recognition. This should be mentioned in the Michelin guide in my opinion. Very interesting food like noodles made of green tea, local pork cutlets, seafood. Mandarin kimchi. Really, really impressed.

The green tea kalguksu and yukgaejang were perfect for breakfast in the cold weather, and the grilled black pork patty is the best thing I’ve had in Jeju thus far. Food also arrived promptly after ordering. Most try!!

아점 먹으러 아무생각 없이 들렸다가 입호강하고 갑니다! 코스를 시켰더니, 맨처음 연어회가 나왔어요, 정말 부드러웠고, 회를 잘 먹지 못하는 저도 맛있게 먹었어요, 코스 접시 치고 양도 많았어요 그 다음 치즈를 뒤집어쓴 새우구이가 나왔어요 통통했고 정말 맛있었어요, 녹차들깨 칼국수가 나왔는데 이게 진짜 대박! 국물도 맛있고, 아주 미세하게 칼칼한 맛도 느낄 수 있어서 전혀 느끼하지 않고 텁텁하지도 않아요 스테이크도 대박입니다 정말 맛있었어요, 다먹고 나니 커피도 챙겨주셨어요 완벽한 하루의 시작이였습니다.
