Not sure if it's common practice on the island but it was well past opening hour on a regular weekday and the cafe stayed stonily quiet and closed. It did open later on but the signature Dutch baby was just disappointing, the base stodgy and undercooked, with the crust - well, just crusty - instead of fluffy and spongy. Fruit used were also frozen, an unpleasant texture with the warm pancake and most of all it cost 11,000 won so this was certainly dismal.
