Only complaint i have is that our fridge had coffee stains on the front and the side. I only noticed it because the garbage can was next to the stains. But the staff came into our room daily to take out the trash but the coffee stain was never cleaned. It just makes the place look bad because of a stain left by a previous guest. Another thing they do is fold our sheets neatly and lay them at the foot of our beds but one day my PJ T-shirt was thrown onto the night table in a wrinkled mess. It wasn't on the bed where I had left it that morning. Whoever came in did NOT have attention to detail, and unfortunately for them, I do, and that's exactly why I can't give this hotel 5 stars. He left and checked into the nearby Astar Hotel, which was lovely....

I contacted trip.com which were very helpful but they had no record on their end that the reservation was cancelled. They then tried to charge us to reserve a new room at a higher rate than the room which we had already paid for and hadn’t been refunded. There was also no parking even though it was advertised. we didn’t end up getting to actually check in to the hotel as the whole process was so annoying and the premesis was very messy so we just booked...
