Semola — Restaurant in Jeju

This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. They provide fresh in-house handmade pasta noodle which is unique. Every ingredient they serve was so fresh and all the dishes that I ordered were so flavourful and delicious. and house wine was so nice and price was reasonable.🍷 The only negative side of it is that you might drink too much. 😁 I highly recommend...

The carbonara and cacio e pepe are wonderful - both flavour and on technique. The texture of the pasta is wonderful too. Hospitality and service is genuine and I sense care and passion from the owner/chef. I even came back for a second meal just to try more of the menu. I tried the bisque pasta and aglio e olio and they were so satisfying too....

Dopo due settimane in Corea, ci mancava un po’ l’Italia ed abbiamo deciso di venire da Semola. Il posto è In stile italiano, molto bello, anche il bagno è in stile italiano. Abbiamo preso come antipasto: una caprese con la stracciatella, era molto buono e la chicca dell’olio al basilico molto apprezzata; Due arancini, molto ben fatti e buoni, la frittura era perfetta. Come primi: una lasagna, la pasta sfoglia era particolare, messa in verticale ma nel complesso era delicata e buona; Una Cacio e pepe, nulla da invidiare ai ristoranti in Italia, molto ben fatta. Dolce: ci è stato offerto un sorbetto con i mandarini locali, era ottimo; Tiramisù, veramente ottimo e fatto in casa. Veramente raro trovare un ristorante del genere all’estero, tutti piatti fatti in casa con prodotti freschi, molto più buono di alcuni ristoranti in Italia per turisti.
