Dining at Misungwon in Jeju was nothing short of a seafood dream come true. From the moment we sat down, we were overwhelmed by the endless variety of side dishes—so many plates of fresh seafood appetizers, each one prepared with such care and bursting with flavor, it felt like a royal feast.

And then came the sashimi platter. It was not just food; it was art. The slices of fish were incredibly fresh, glistening like jewels, beautifully arranged with flowers and greens. Every bite melted in my mouth, delivering the pure taste of the ocean. The portion was so generous that it felt like a celebration, not just a meal.

What impressed me even more was the balance of quantity and quality. Usually, when you get many side dishes, some feel unnecessary—but here, every single dish had its own story, its own taste, and its own charm. 방문했을 때 현지분들이 대부분 드시고 계셔서 더욱 믿음이 갔고 표선에 머무는 3일 동안 두 번 방문 했을 정도로 너무나 매력적인 식당입니다. 시원하고 구수한 직접 배합하셨다는 짜지않고 감칠맛 넘치는 간장, 신선하고 식감 좋은 회, 바삭한 고구마 튀김, 고소한 전복밥, 색다른 매력 있는 뽈락 탕수 등 대부분의 음식들이 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 바쁘신 와중에도 츤데레 스타일로 센스있고 배려심 넘치게 하나하나 챙겨 주시는 Staff(?)분의 케어가 더욱 기분 좋게 식사할 수 있어 미성원회초밥의 매력을 한층 더 증폭시키는 것 같습니다. 식당 앞 전선줄에 여름에 번식을 위해 찾아오는 제비떼를 구경하는 것도 색다른 재미가 있네요. 물론 제비똥 떨어지는 것은...
