Tried their Red Bean Kalguksu, a traditional korean food.
You can choose between sweet or salty. I chose sweet and it’s not that sweet (bbt level of sweet equiv might be around 10%.). The knife cut noodles were so soft and chewy. Dish served piping hot, so comforting. Tasted pretty healthy as soup made with 100% Korean red beans.
My local private tour guide recommended this and brought us to Noodlelab. I don’t really see this in Seoul and my korean gf told me that she only tried the soup before but not with the noodles.

Those who wish for more variety in a dish will be disappointed. It’s not easy to find vegetarian food in Jeju. So this place is a plus point.
