Had the naengmyeon failed to impress, it would have significantly tempered my overall assessment of the restaurant, regardless of the quality of the other dishes. Especially the Seasoned Tripe suits my taste. It is unique, appetizing and even good as a side dish for drinks. Pyongyang Naengmyeon, which is cold wheat noodles, is the signature menu and Beef Tripe Soup, light and delicious, is also recommended. The restaurant does not have parking lot (even a valet parking is not available) and does not accept reservation, so a long wait is needed during crowded times.
