This restaurant consistently delivers high-quality food, and I’ve always left satisfied with the experience. It’s best enjoyed with a group of 3 to 4 people, as that provides the ideal balance to fully appreciate the variety of dishes. I highly recommend the set menu, which includes assorted sashimi and soup dishes. The tuna and konowata (sea cucumber entrails) are particularly fresh, and pairing the rich sashimi with the accompanying truffle salt adds an incredible depth of flavor.

Although there is a 2-hour dining time limit, it’s more than enough to fully enjoy the meal. Despite how busy the staff can get, they remain attentive and friendly, which enhances the dining experience. While the location is a bit tricky to reach from central Seoul, it’s absolutely worth the trip. Compared to dining at nearby fish markets, this place offers a far better value for the quality of sashimi.

호타테(관자사시미)로 경쾌한 스타트. 얇지만 식감은 살리는 적당한 두께로 회친 관자를 트러플 소금에 찍어먹는다. 트러플 특유의 향내가 가볍고 경쾌하게 미뢰를 때린다. 이내 관자의 단맛이 스윽 하고 올라오는데 어느새 관자는 녹아 없어졌다. 여기 뭐지? 라는 생각으로 시작

이꾸라(연어알)가 철이고 신선해서 숙성간장에 이꾸라장을 만드셨다고하면서 주도로(참치중뱃살)위에 살포시 그리고 푸짐하게 얹어주신다. 허겁지겁 먹어보면 입안에서 심포니 오케스트라마냥 맛의 대향연이 시작된다. 아니 이게 무슨 호사람??? 찐짜깨때쫀맜이시다.

그 외에도 아마에비, 안키모, 소라숙회 트러플크림 무침, 고노와다, 오도로 등등 섭섭하지 않은 회 한판을 먹고나면 직원이 다가와서 '언능 다 먹어달란다;; 구이랑 튀김남았다고'😭 #헠헠 #본격손님사육 구이랑 튀김도 존맛이고 특히 청어구이! 횟감을 구운거라 뼈고 내장이고 그냥 금이빨빼고 모조리 씹어먹어줬당 튀김은 아나고튀김인데 튀김옷 속까지 제대로 튀겨내지 못해서 살짝 에러. 그래도 구이가 진짜 넘사라 튀김은 이내 잊혀짐.

그리고 "이제 2차 어디가지" 타이밍에 주인장이 손님 멱살잡고 "세이로무시랑 나베도 나오는데 어딜가 손님새끼야😈" 시전 근데 세이로무시랑 나베는 뒷심이 몹시 딸리는게 사실. 앞에서 람보르기니로 제로백 3초대로 치고나가는거 같더니 뒤에서는 한계령 오르는 레이같은 추진력.. 그래도 6.5에 2~3인이 배불리 먹을 수 있는 귀신같은 갓성비에는 틀림없음. 강추
