레트로오븐 — Restaurant in Seoul

This is not good bread. I found this place off of an article recommending places to get decent bread in Seoul so I had high hopes. I got an entire loaf of the "rustic" bread, forgot the Korean name. It looked good from the outside but the first warning was that when it was squeezed it was completely soft (crust included) and re expanded like a nerf ball or sponge. When I finally opened it up the innards was literally wonderbread or something similar to discount grocery store in-house baguette. I'm not sure why they used the descriptor "country" for pure white bread since that's the exact opposite. 1시 오픈하자마자 들어가서 레트로 식빵을 3개 주문하고나니 매진.. 보통 2일 전에 예약주문해서 그런가 봅니다. 그러니 원하는 빵을 맛보기 위해서는 예약은 필수입니다. 직접 맛을 보니 쫄깃쫄깃한 맛에 겉은 고소한 맛이 납니다. 식감도 맛도 좋았습니다. 라우겐 크로와상은 약간 짭쪼르한 맛이 나고 기본적인 크로와상 보다는 프레첼 반죽과 비슷한 모양이며 맛도 비슷하다고 보심 됩니다. 머핀은 일반적인 머핀과는 다르며 꼭 호떡처럼 생기고 속은 완전 부드럽습니다. 다음에는 꼭 사전 예약을 해서 원하는 만큼 레트로 식빵을 가지고 와야겠습니다. 재방문 의사 있는 곳 입니다. 참고로 주차는 옆에 다른 건물과 같이 할 수 있지만 거의...
