버거킹 가양역점 — Restaurant in Seoul

This Burger King chain at Gayang is definitely the worst one I've visited in my life. My experience here is very unpleasant and I will never come back here. Firstly, their meat patty and buns were close to room temperature, not even warm. Second, they unkindly rejected my request to cut the burger into half due to hygienic issues. Third, they do not provide any wet tissues and only 4 pieces of tissue papers. Fourth, they unkindly rejected my request for another cup as I wanted to share the large drink with an elderly. And last, the part time counter staffs and chefs were just chit-chatting with one another very loudly when other customers were just quietly eating their meals. All I could hear is the staffs' noises in the entire restaurant. It was very unpleasant

I sincerely hope that the chain manager tells the part timers to be more flexible when it comes to serving customers. They are too rigid with their service, no empathy or friendliness at all. Their part timer female staff (I sincerely hope she isn't a full time staff) was very unfriendly, and severely lacked service-mindset and flexibility throughout my experience. It is a pity; it seemed as though she was merely working for the money. Also, I really want to know why are the meat patty not even warm.

문제사항. 매장 청결 청소 엉망: 테이블 잔여 음식물 바닥 쓰레기 치우질 않는 리턴 테이블 오더 실수: 빨대 빠지거나 제로가 아닌 일반 콜라 주거나 버거가 다른 버거로 나오는 경우가 꽤 있음 응대: 다른 버거킹 매장보다 본인들 실수에 대해 굉장히 관대한 편으로 갑질 고객이 아니나 잘못 나온 주문 결과에 대해 일절의 사과도 없고 영수증으로 본사 클레임 걸까봐 재오더 처리해줄때 영수증 가져감
