I ordered a matcha latte, but unfortunately, it was served extremely hot. Oat milk should not be heated to such high temperatures, as it can affect the taste and quality. Additionally, the matcha itself was overpoweringly strong. As a daily matcha drinker, I found it far too intense. I requested extra milk to balance it out, but even then, it was still too much, and I ended up leaving my drink untouched. When I returned the tray with my friendโs empty coffee cup and my full matcha, the staff didnโt acknowledge or inquire about the untouched drink.
It would be valuable for the establishment to prioritize customer experience rather than focusing solely on the aesthetics and accolades associated with their coffee.
