The food was delicious, and the owners were SO friendly! They really made us feel welcome, and they even gave us free soda. They didnโ€™t have an English menu, but they tried really hard to guide us through the menu and show us pictures of the items. They also had vegetarian options for us. After our dinner, they even noticed it was raining and offered umbrellas to us and made conversation with us. We arrived on a weekday night, and there was no wait. We all got bibimbap and...

It's been 24 years since I left Korea and there are just some foods you can't get overseas. The "Military Base Stew" is one of them and on a cold night it was great. I was alone but the minimum order is for a two-person serving. So the waitress asked me if this would be okay and I had to chuckle. It's been 24 years since I left Korea and there are just some foods you can't get overseas. The "Military Base Stew" is one of them and on a cold night it was great. I was alone but the minimum order is for a two-person serving. So the waitress asked me if this would be okay and I had to chuckle.
