Bongwoori Yeoksam — Restaurant in Seoul

I was disappointed at the food and service. I had my baby's first birthday party there. And, among my guests was an elderly person who had trouble walking. I was surprised that the restaurant didn't have an elevator. And, when I asked how she was supposed to walk up to the first floor, the worker didn't seem to care much about the inconvenience and trouble for my guest. I also was displeased with the attitude of the workers. They were not too friendly and seemed a bit arrogant. Furthermore, the food portion was extremely small, and some didn't seem much like what you would get at a traditional Korean restaurant. All in all, it was okay. Visited the restaurant as part of a business trip with a group of 20 people. Food was really nice and we had several different dishes through out the night. One of the few spots in the town where the service wasn’t perfect and we had some issues with longer wait time for food and our waitress wasn’t happy at all when we asked for an additional chair to be put on the table when we arrived. Had set lunch during a public holiday in Seoul. There was no wait to get a table, service was courteous and quick. I would describe the ambience as cozy and contemporary at the same time. Food was well presented and tasted great. Would consider coming back next time...
