Daily Fix — Restaurant in Seoul

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and swapped the American cheese for Swiss (TOTALLY RECOMMENDED) — it was absolutely fantastic! Beyond the excellent meat quality and perfect cooking, what really stood out was the thoughtful balance of flavors. Every ingredient complemented the others beautifully. The homemade bacon was superb, and the addition of semi-caramelized onions with just a hint of mustard created a perfect symphony of taste. The fries were quite thick — maybe a little on the dry side — but nothing that really took away from the experience. The atmosphere is that of a classic pub, set in a charming and lively area surrounded by coffee shops and bars. Just beware that the staff do not speak English so make sure to have a translator also for the menu on the pads used to order.

If anyone wants true American bacon cheese burger and pastrami sandwich, this place is the must go restaurant with no doubt. Not only main sandwiches, side dishes flourish your appetite and taste. Never had this kind of quality food in years in Korea. If you're craving for American food, Daily Fix is the place you should go. The interior and atmosphere makes you are in California and having meal on next to Pacific ocean. No better word to express, but just try!...

There are many popular hamburger houses but In my personal taste, this restaurant is the best.

The Chef is from Per Se in NY, a Michelin 3 Star restaurant and he won the 2nd Prize in Korea Burger Championship. Its burger has full of flavors and even the side dishes are savory, which has good harmony with whiskey.
