Foreplan — Restaurant in Seoul

Disappointing service on the 8 April. Unclear ordering ending time. I asked before ordering anything 2 hours before to know when kitchen was closing. Couldn’t order right away due to a meeting, sent my friend BEFORE 9 to order for me as advised but the girls told me it was closed lol.

I worked in coffees and restaurant that’s why I asked beforehand so I would not bother anyone nor the kitchen. Found super unprofessional to say that I should’ve ordered when arrived or before when i asked you ahead. be clear on schedule or closing time or if you have something unexpected happening. There was a table of men that you prioritize over clients which again I understand but neglecting client is also a weird move.

This place is genuinely stunning. It just feels at home and shows how much love the owners actually put into designing the entire experience of the cafe. Amazing design. Very friendly service. Wifi and perfect study cafe. Good price for the coffee. The three dessert options: cinnamon, chocolate or lemon 🍋 are 6.9k.
