Golden Thai — Restaurant in Seoul

I hit it up around 2pm for lunch on Monday. I ordered Pad Kee Mao, which is my one of favorite Thai dishes.

They served the food fast and it was as spicy as I expected but, I think, the taste was localized. I expected a harmonious balance with sweet and savory, but it was somewhat sweet. I couldn’t delight my palate.

Well, on the other hand, their interior was decorated well, with a comfortable mood, and they have 7-8 tables for four. Since they don’t have tables for two or one, they give me near main door seat where you can feel the wind when people in and out.

For your information, they mention that this restaurant is authorized by Thailand government. I don’t know whether a government usually authorizes a restaurant...

The food is decent, but not extraordinary. The atomsphere is pretty nice. And, the service is not bad. Moreover, they have valet parking.

Very nice thai place with wide of different dishes! I wouldn't say it's super authentic as normal Thai cuisine but it definitely provides a similar taste especially the tom yam.
