작년에 냉짬뽕이 맛잇게 먹었던게 생각나서 2020년8월9일에 방문했는데.. 올해부터는 냉짬뽕은 단종되었고, 신메뉴 중화냉면이 나왔다고 해서 쟁반짜장(2인분)이랑 찹쌀탕수육(소)짜를 같이 주문함. 선결제후 음식을 먹을 수 있음. 그래서 추가 주문하기 꺼려지므로 미리 먹을꺼 주문해야함. 쟁반짜장은 불맛나면서 살짝 매콤한게 맛남. 찹쌀탕수육은 생각보다 양 많아 좋구, 부먹찍먹으로 먹을수 있게 중간에만 부어줌ㅋ 찍먹으로는 바싹하게 찍어 먹을수 있고, 개인적으로 부먹으로 된 부분이 부드러워서 맛잇음ㅎ 중화냉면에 겨자소스랑 땅콩소스를 부어 먹는건데.. 먼저 국물은 동치미국물에 약간msg만 살짝 섞여있고, 얼음이 녹으면서 시원해짐. 어색한 맛에서 개인적인 입맛으로 겨자소스랑 땅콩소스를 넣으니 국물이 완성되는 듯! 땅콩소스는 묽은편이라서 기호에 맞게 많이 넣어도 될듯. 살짝 매콤하다고 했는데, 소스 넣으니 중화되서 전혀 매콤안함. 매콤한거 좋아하시는 분들께는 비추.. 애기들 먹이기에는 괜찮을듯~ 냉짬뽕과 중화냉면 중 개인적으로는 살짝매콤한 냉짬뽕이 부활했으면 좋겠어요ㅠ
