Jodaepo — Restaurant in Seoul

This review was regarding our visit on the 25th of December - My girlfriend and I were caught off guard with the process of the authentic Korean BBQ granted we've had Korean BBQ a few times in the US. The owner/manager/staff recognized us and stopped by often to guide us with his demonstration, including grilling the meat. To me he took pride and cared about having customers tasting what his restaurant could offer. Food was truly delicious with his recommended condiments. So first of all the food was very tasty. And for cooling off they're handing out an icebag. Also they were able to understand us which was very important for us as we're not able to eat everything.

But, to be honest, this was our first Korean BBQ so we didn't really know how to eat/grill the meat properly (for which I apologise if the owner sees this comment). After they realized that we're unable to eat it they helped us to grill and told us how to enjoy it the most.

At the end they even sprayed us on so we don't have a meat odor and gave us lollipops.

Conclusion: Highly recommend because the staff is very friendly and the food/ the atmosphere...

It's awesome!! You must visit this, if you are looking for barbecue joint around this area. The staffs are very helpful and nice. They take a good care of us. The pork dishes are good (we didn't try beef dishes) side dishes are good. Kimchi is big. When we arrive there are a waiting line. We wait for quite a while. The staff came to us with a soda while we were waiting. The restaurant has a re-useable plastic bag to put your bags and belongings in. So, it won't get the smell. Plus they gave us lollipops after we got the bill. The price...
