This museum is very special to Korean and a symbol of our democratic Korea. It is based on a late scholar named Lim, Jongguk's Japanese colonial studies. He found in 1960s that most of very powerful and respectful people including his own father and President Park, Chung hee were traitors worked for Japan in colonial times. And he found they hided their shameful lifes, furthermore they totally fabricated their careers and achievements to patriats'. So he alone investigated and recorded the traitors' histories eventhough his poverty and their threats. But he died in 1989 without any good results. After his death, his friends tried to tell people his achievements. Finally it opened this August owing to many people's donations and volunteering. There are some patriats' tombs and Bakbeom Kim Gu memorial center near. It is a private museum, so no free admission. But I highly recommend you visit if you want to know why Korea doesn't get along with Japan and normal korean people hate some rich families.

But I highly recommend you visit if you want to know why Korea doesn't get along with Japan and normal korean people hate some...

It's not a big museum, yet it contains valuable information relating to war victims when Korea was...
