Maha Hannam — Restaurant in Seoul

What a surprise! After walking through narrow streets snaking through the adjacent residential neighborhood and ending up by a huge electrical yard (transmitter station?) I saw a sign for mahā, and I was intrigued. I walked up the 4 flights of stairs and was delighted to discover a chic, beautifully designed cafe and bar with a great view of the city. The croissant sandwich was fantastic. The cappuccino is served with the hot milk and foam in the cup and the espresso in a separate espresso pot. The aesthetic is nice, but I prefer a proper cappuccino prepared by a good barista. Prices are a bit high but that’s to be expected in a place like this. You’re paying for the environment...
