Went there for a really late lunch, so it was quiet, with 2 tables finishing up. They were locals, which put my mind at rest! I'd read the translated reviews on Naver and they have a large following - and no wonder, the crab was fresh and oozing with sweetness. I ordered the female crab for the roe and it was worth the higher price for the explosion of umami. Glad i saved this place for my first taste of marinated crab. The prawns were yummy too. The side dishes were tasty, I loved the beansprouts. The toasted sesame seeds sprinkled liberally on the crab complemented the sweet flesh and roe, totally exceeding my expectations.

A lot of gejang can also be overly sweet for some reason but this was perfect and comes with lots of sides too. If you’re looking for yummy marinated crab in Korea come here! Here are my before and after of the food to show how much I enjoyed it :3
