Awesome place to visit.. its a very beautiful overpass near seoul station.. we can watach all around through this.. ita a very long pass.. initially made for traffic but then it was changed into a park for public.. its basically the centre of the city so one can see al the major buldings from this overpass. Weathet it is seoul station, lottemart, seoul meuseum, seoul gate and alot. There are good decorations here with plants and trees, pianoes are placed after small distances so aif you want to enjoy piano you can freely ise them. Its mesmerizing to walk on this long road specially in good weather or at night. Because its an open place so mot for sunny days in suumer or rain in winter. But its a good place for foreign tourist to stadby and take some good pictures. Its a wheelchair accesible place. As there are elevators to go up there. One can just take a drink or food and enjoy it there. Kids will also enjoy there. As there are some jumping swings also present for kids. Its just very near to seoul station so one dont have to pick any bus if they are coming to seoul via seoul station from...

Peaceful walk with great city views and a relaxed vibe

Seoullo is a beautifully repurposed overpass that runs from Seoul Station to Hoehyeon Subway Station. It’s a short, peaceful walk (less than 20 minutes end to end) but you’ll likely spend more time there soaking in the views, taking photos, and enjoying the atmosphere. I ended up staying close to an hour without even realizing it!

There’s a public piano in the middle that anyone can play, which adds a nice artistic and spontaneous feel to the area. Along the way, there are plenty of cafes nearby, some with terraces that offer even better views of the city, a great spot to relax for a bit.

While it’s not a “must-see” landmark, it’s a lovely addition to your itinerary if you have some free time, want to take a break from the busy city, or are looking to snap a few scenic photos.

If you’re looking for a chill spot in the middle of Seoul, Seoullo 7017 is a great place to check out. It’s basically an old overpass turned into a sky garden, and it’s packed with all kinds of plants, trees, and flowers—it almost feels like a mini botanical garden in the city.

There are plenty of spots to just sit and relax, which is perfect if you need a break from walking around. I also loved the public piano—sometimes you’ll catch someone playing, and it adds a really nice vibe. There’s a cute little café too, so you can grab a drink and enjoy the view.

Speaking of views, you get a pretty awesome one of the city, and you can even see N Seoul Tower from up there. It’s all very clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better.

Overall, it’s a peaceful place to walk, chill, or people-watch. Definitely worth a visit if you’re...

In the 1960s, a decade after the Korean War, Seoul planners "ordered the construction of dozens of elevated highways to keep traffic flowing through the capital. Fast forward a few decades, and these hulking overpasses became not only a blight on the landscape, but also a safety risk. As the overpasses were gradually removed, city planners decided to re-purpose some as pedestrian green spaces in the crowded urban city. Seoul mayor Park Won Soon pushed for the US$52 million skypark to be completed as a complement to Seoul's Cheonggyecheon river restoration project, organized under previous mayor Lee Myung Bak. The park's plans faced early controversy over fears of traffic congestion and concerns from market owners in nearby Namdaemun.
