Seongsu Braised Pork Feet — Restaurant in Seoul

Came by early on Christmas day, there were no customers except for a huge loads of delivery orders. It's a small restaurant so on normal days, you might have to queue. But technically the best jokbal I've ever had despite living here for 4 years and have ahd jokbak from multiple places. The meat was well seasoned, juicy, ratio between meat and skin were perfect. Kimchi was great and the portion was adequate too. But they tend to focus on the delivery order so service was not the best on that day. Veggies as side dishes were fresh. The first time I had this jokbal it literally changed my life. I didn’t know jokbal could taste this good (and I’m a huge fan back in the US). It was so incredibly tender yet perfectly chewy in the right places. I came back again after 10+ years and it’s still just as delicious. All the side dishes also compliment the sweetness of the jokbal perfectly. I liked how refreshing and clean the bean sprout soup was too. Now I know why they refer to this place as “The Rolling Stones” of jokbal in Korea...

Very generous portions. The smallest we could order was the medium and it was more than enough for my friend and me. The pig feet were seasoned perfectly so that it complemented the natural flavor of the meat. The side dishes were also refreshing.
