Read moreThe first time I had this jokbal it literally changed my life. I didn’t know jokbal could taste this good (and I’m a huge fan back in the US). It was so incredibly tender yet perfectly chewy in the right places. I came back again after 10+ years and it’s still just as delicious. All the side dishes also compliment the sweetness of the jokbal perfectly. I liked how refreshing and clean the bean sprout soup was too.
